I can’t find where to view my child’s photographs on the website.

We do not upload children’s photographs onto the site to view. Please use your child’s photo proofs received via the nursery as a guide when selecting your photo choices within package options.

Where do I enter my child’s reference number?

You will be asked to enter your child’s reference number at the checkout page. This is how we know that your order relates to your child’s photographs. Please enter this carefully as an incorrectly entered reference number could result in the wrong child’s photographs being printed.

How do I select from photos A,B,C or D for a print package?

Use the drop down menus next to each print size to choose your photo and also whether you would like it in colour or black&white.

I have more than one set of photo proofs/reference numbers. Can I mix them to create one option?

Unfortunately sets cannot be mixed to create just one option. You are welcome however to add your second set on for half price with the cheapest option being the half price set.

To do this find the already discounted bundle on the site, for example Option 1 & 5 will give you the same amount of prints/sizes as two Option 1 packs but will have the second pack already discounted by 50%. Select your photo choices against the print sizes listed and once through to the checkout page please include a note in the notes box to let us know which print belongs to which reference number. For example,

  • 1-4 7×5 ref 0001
  • 5-8 7×5 ref 0002
  • 1-2 10×8 ref 0001
  • 3-6 10×8 ref 0002 1
  • 16×12 ref 0001

Enter both reference numbers when prompted at the checkout page. It will accept more than one.

The website doesn’t discount the second package to half price at the checkout page. How do I receive this offer?

I placed my order online as soon as I received my photo proofs from the nursery. It has been a couple of weeks and I still haven’t received my order via the nursery. Where is it?

Orders placed before the return by date printed on the photo proof form are held on our system until the return date. All orders are then processed, printed, packed and returned to the nursery as a batch together. During busy periods orders can take up to 21 days to be delivered back to the nursery. Please check with your nursery before contacting us.

Please note orders placed using the home delivery option are not necessarily prioritised/fast tracked over orders being delivered free of charge in the batch to the nursery.

Can I view extra images taken on photo day that aren’t on my photo proof strip?

Unfortunately we do not store any additional photographs taken. We will have endeavoured to choose the best selection when creating your child’s proof strip.

I have lost my child’s photo proofs with their reference number on. How can I order them?

Drop us an email to info@redfeatherphotography.co.uk with your child’s name and the nursery they attend and we will forward you a copy of the photo proofs and reference number.

Can I order after the return date on the form? How long do you keep photographs for?

Photographs are available to purchase for 2 years after the return date. Please contact to enquire on the availability of the photographs before ordering outside of this time frame.

If you are ordering more than 1 week after the return date printed on the photo proof form you will need to opt for the home delivery method rather than the free nursery delivery option. Orders placed after this date are processed and packed individually and sent by Royal Mail to home addresses incurring the additional £6 fee.

Can I order a digital copy of a group/class photograph?

It is standard industry practice that group photographs are not sold digitally.
